GETALA is not responsible for any damage caused by customer modifications or secondary finishing after receipt. GETALA is not responsible for returning or refunding the amount for the parts manufactured, as all the transactions related to real manufacturing processes are done directly between the vendors and buyers. Customers can send the request for a refund of the subscription amount only if they are purchased any subscription of GETALA products. Policies may vary and be amended from time to time as per management decisions.
